Postdocs:
We will be hiring postdoc fellows to join the research group starting in the summer of 2026. The candidates should have Ph.D. or equivalent degrees in Biochemistry, Biomolecular Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields. Prior research experience in natural product biosynthesis, enzyme mining, structural enzymology and metabolic engineering are strongly encouraged for application. If interested, please send your CV including a complete list of publications and two reference information, as well as your research summary and interests (no more than 2 pages) to qdan@lbl.gov.
Graduate students:
If you are interested in joining our lab, we strongly encourage you to apply through the JHU ChemBE MSE or PhD programs. For our PhD program, the Fall 2027 application deadline is December 15, 2026.
